We are looking forward to the year ahead and are committed to developing events and initiatives to support our graduate student community.

Her research involves studying how mechanical cues influence tissue development and disease progression. Daniella is excited to continue to grow and build our graduate community through developing mentorship, outreach, and social activities. Her research involves studying phase change heat transfer and membrane manufacturing for applications in sustainable desalination. Emily is stoked to have the opportunityto serve her peers and take part in developing more community among the ΜΕ faculty, staff and students. His research interests are focused around mathematical methods for systems and controls. Max is excited to help support the graduate student community in the department. Her research involves scientific software development and numerical solutions for free boundary problems, applied to nonlinear dynamical systems. She is excited about enhancing the graduate student experience within the department. His research uses optics, acoustics, and thermal methods for creating new haptic technologies. Max wants to the help foster strong sense of community in the department and is excited for the upcoming events.
