Professor Francesco Bullo delivered a plenary presentation at the 54th IEEE Conference on Decision and Control held at the Osaka International Convention Center, Osaka, Japan. The talk, delivered on Wednesday December 13th, was entitled “Network Systems in Science and Technology”.
